All bookings are subject to a no-refund policy.
Once a reservation is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

Modifications:

Modifications to bookings, including changes to dates or accommodations, may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any necessary changes.

We travel to Malta every year as we have family who are Maltese. This is definitely the best place we have stayed in, in all the years we have travelled here. The location was fantastic. It was easy and accessible, close to restaurants and swimming spots. But if you prefer a private pool, the pool on the roof of this place was fantastic. It had a great view of the sea, was well maintained and it had perfect amenities such as sun beds, an upstairs toilet and a BBQ! Perfect for those warm evenings and lazy days in the sun. The place itself was secure and very clean. We were given towels for our stay and everything was well stocked, including free pod coffee! The kitchen had everything you would possibly need and the living area had a smart TV for our Netflix viewing when getting out of the sun. To top off the entertainment, the pool table was a welcome addition. We would highly recommend a stay at Ludwig’s place. A fantastic host and the communication was spot on. Thank you

We stayed here for a girls weekend before my friend gets married in September. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The photos are great but they do not do it justice! The inside is so spacious and we were blown away with how stunning it was when we got there! Host was friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive to any questions. They were happy to book transport for us when going out and gave me lots of recommendations of places to go too. By far the best place I’ve stayed abroad x

When we went to get the keys they provided us with a map of all the nearby amenities and restaurants which was really sweet and helpful. The pictures on the advertisements are exactly what you get, it is beautiful and has great views of the sea and was incredibly beautiful from the rooftop pool. Communication with the host was always incredible, from the moment I booked up until when I first arrived, they always responded very fast and were as helpful as possible with any queries we had, even after we'd checked out! I'd recommend any of the hosts properties to all of my friends and I definitely want to visit again! There was more than enough space for everyone to live comfortably for the entire duration of our vacation, I can't wait to visit again! I couldn't say a bad word about the villa!

Thank you for a wonderful Easter vacation in your super 'clean' flat "Waterfront". We - 6 adults and 4 children (our children with husband/wife and grandchildren). The size of the flat was perfect and the kitchen/sitting room had everything we needed. In walking distance several small supermarkets, and a lovely beach. We can strongly recommend staying in Ludwig's flat for a Malta vacation. With best regards Ruth and Mogens. !

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is beautiful and has an amazing view and swimming pool. Everything is clean and contact with the owner was smooth. I would definitely recommend it! 11 of us stayed here and it was perfect. All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at one of Ludwig's places and I'll definitely consider it again for the future. Thank-you.

Absolutely amazing apartments! We stayed in the large 14 bed and a 6 bed and we couldn’t fault it. The views from the pools were AMAZING! The hosts sorted us out a grocery shop prior to arriving, taxis from the airport and into St. Julian’s and were able to respond to anything I needed to know. They were the perfect hosts, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you so much!

Villa is amazing, big, spacious, bright, and suitable for big families. Everything you need is there and if you need anything extra, that will be organised no problem. We needed extra foldable bed and it was delivered to us no problem. Transfers were organised, they even stopped to the shop and wait till we've got some groceries shopping done because our flight was in the evening. Lorraine was so helpful with every queries we had like car rental, excursions, taxi booking. I definitely would recommend this place
