Terms & Conditions
The premises is being granted by title of letting to be used exclusively for residential purposes of the Tenant and his/her guests. The Landlord shall not recognize, during the period of the lease any person other than the Tenant for the responsibility of the premises leased.
1) Upon check in the Tenant is to pay a breakages deposit of €300 – €600 which varies according to the property booked. This is done via card at check-in. Deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant within 72 hours of check-out if the property is found to be in good order, and in the same condition it was in at the commencement of the lease, fair wear and tear expected.
2) The Tenant undertakes that on termination of the lease, the property is to be left clean and tidy. Cleaning charges may be incurred if it the place is not left in an appropriate manner.
3) The Tenant shall not be allowed to keep dogs, cats or any other pets in the above-mentioned premises without the Landlord’s written consent.
4) The Tenant shall in no way encumber or interface with the access to the common parts by leaving rubbish, cycles, strollers, invalid carriages or goods belonging to him/her, agents or guests.
5) The Tenant binds himself not to disturb the public peace throughout the occupation of the premises. Moreover the Tenant shall be solely and personally responsible for any illegal or immoral purposes for which the leased premise may be used within the parameters of Maltese Law.
6) No loud music and/ or any other disruption to the neighbours are allowed at all times as stipulated by Maltese Law.
7) No parties are allowed.
8) The Tenant is hereby agreeing that that Check-in shall be done after 15:00 hrs(3:00pm) and Check-out shall be done at 10:00 hrs (10:00am) on the departure day if not agreed otherwise with the Landlord.
9) On Check-In Day, luggage can be left at the property after 11.00 am, upon request.
10) For smooth Check-in, it is advised to call us on the contact provided on the way to the property.
11) Late Check–out fee – when available, 50% of the nightly rate.
12) Usage of WiFi is free of charge.
13) Air-conditioning is optional at a charge.
14) Eco Tax is charged at the rate of €0.50 per adult per night, capped up to 10 nights.
15) Properties are all equipped with UK Type socket outlets, any adapters should be provided by the guests. Adapters can be provided upon request at a charge of €5.00 per plug.
16) Extra cleaning may be provided at a charge upon request.
